Job Summary
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the admissions and student recruitment strategy to achieve enrollment targets
- Act as the schools ambassador engaging with prospective families and delivering a compelling value proposition
- Manage enquiries across digital channels (LINE OA Facebook etc.) and convert leads into enrollments
- Establish and streamline admissions processes policies and CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Build and lead a high-performing admissions team
- Monitor pipeline performance and provide data-driven reports to leadership
Requirements
- 57 years experience in admissions student recruitment or education marketing
- At least 3 years in a leadership role within an international school environment
- Experience in Thailand is highly preferred
- Pre-opening / school launch experience is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of international curricula (Singapore UK EYFS Cambridge is a plus)
- Proven experience with digital platforms (LINE OA Facebook Business Suite)
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in both English and Thai
