What youwill bedoing

• Work in a team ondifferent client engagements and projects focusingonidentifyingissuesanalysing root-causesanddeveloping potential solutions for clients;

• Coordinatejunior consultants and take ownership of fieldworkunderthe supervision of experienced project manager;

• Performand take ownership ofproject activitiesin various fieldswith focus onPeople Management and/ororganisationaldesign;

• Structureand analysecomplexissuesand develop hypotheses to solve them;

• Gather andanalysedata and synthetize complex informationinto clear and actionable findings (e.g.youllconduct market researchdeep diveinto a company performanceanalysecompetitorsetc.);

• Write concise articulated and evidence-based analysesandprepare engaging and appealing client presentations outlining key project findingsresultsand conclusions;

• Communicate effectivelywith client representatives and project teamsduring client interviews and workshops;

• Participate in business developmentinitiativesand proposal preparation;

• Take ownership of assigned tasksandhavemotivationto driveworkto conclusion within deadlines.

What we expect from you

• BachelorsDegree in Economics Business FinanceHR management OrganizationalBehaviororasimilarfield;

• Preferably2-3years ofrelevantprofessional experience (nota musthave);

• Proven analytical and writing skillsinBulgarian and English languageas well as ability to express oneself in a structured way.Secondforeign language is a plus;

• Ability to adapt to an intenseand dynamicwork environmentand work in challenging circumstances;

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team proactively drive independentactivities and coordinate more junior team members where applicable;

• Ability and willingness tolead client interviews and workshops autonomously;

• ProficiencyinMS WordMSExceland MS PowerPoint(knowledge onAIproject management and data analytics tools is considered as a plus);

• Affinityto work inthe ManagementConsultingfieldinthelong run.
