Job Summary
Your responsibilitiesSupporting and advising staff and managers on HR-related issues within the production environment Providing support throughout the employee lifecycle particularly in recruitment onboarding staff support and absence management Managing labour law and administrative HR matters in close coordination with relevant departments Contributing to the further development of HR processes for a manufacturing siteSupporting HR management and acting as a stand-in for operational HR mattersYour profileIndependently managing day-to-day financial accountingReconciling accounts receivable and accounts payablePreparing and actively participating in monthly and annual financial statementsPreparing monthly VAT returns and Intrastat declarationsAssisting with internal and external audits
