Job Summary
An internal opportunity is now available for an Application & Infrastructure Engineer.
This role supports the reliability performance and continuous improvement of customer facing applications POS systems infrastructure networks and site based technologies. Youll work across cloud and on prem environments resolve complex technical issues and support system changes and improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve complex application POS infrastructure and network issues
- Support and maintain cloud and on prem infrastructure
- Troubleshoot site connectivity and network equipment
- Support forecourt and site automation systems
- Contribute to system upgrades changes and projects
- Maintain documentation and share technical knowledge
What were looking for
- Strong technical background in infrastructure systems or advanced support
- Experience with business critical applications and/or POS systems
- Knowledge of cloud and on prem environments (e.g. AWS Azure Windows Server)
- Networking experience (switches routers firewalls)
- A collaborative proactive approach to problem solving
