Responsible to produce assemble inspect and pack all parts as per the work instructions for each assigned task or machine. Maintain all required paperwork and documentation to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ISO 13485 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Support and uphold the Viant Values: Customer Oriented Integrity Servant Leadership Own It Teamwork and Be employees with dignity and IS PARAMOUNT. All associates are required to report to their scheduled shift on time and work their entire a professional attitudetowards coworkers and assigned the repairs and maintenance of production equipment and duties will include trouble shooting equipment & machinery allocating the proper spare parts to complete the repair and to maintain appropriate maintenance to production and/of facility emergencies to maintain production priorities based on available information work processes and current production preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery as defined by the set of established procedures to maintain lubrication levels and/or to lubricate and adjust production equipment as to safety emergencies and situations requiring immediate Duties And Back-Up Responsibilities:Supports production as requested by the production supervisor and/or the maintenance supervisor. Including but not limited to screw and barrel cleanings making water hoses relocating equipment responding to oil and water and repairs the facility as necessary including drywall repair and small building projects and plumbing fixture all duties and directs others creating a safe working environment for our employees and our other duties as necessaryEXPECTATION:Develop skills to perform basic repetitive and manual activities in the existing procedures to solve straightforward all requirements of Maintenance Technician I in order to advance to Maintenance Technician :Education/CertificationHigh School Diploma or equivalent)EXPERIENCE:Must be 18 years of age1-2 years maintenance experience preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentSpecialized training in electricity - high and low voltage systems preferredMachine controlprogrammable controllers and ability to read electrical blueprints and schematicsSpecialized training in hydraulics systems and components and be able to read hydraulic blueprints and schematicsSKILLS/ COMPETENCIES:Ability to work independentlyAbility to work as a teamAbility to do repetitive workAbility to read understand and follow specification sheetsBasic mathematical skills to understand variationAbility to use measuring devices and hand toolsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Light work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently and/or lift carry push pull or move vision & hand-eye coordinationExtended periods of bending lifting standing and sittingSignificant use of handsFrequently required to lift up to 30 lbsMust be able and willing to wear personal protective equipment as required including: Protective eyewearHair netProtective gowning (lab coat hood)WORK CONDITIONS:Our top-notch work environment includes:Climate Controlled in the summer monthsClean Room Environment (hospital grade cleanliness)Clean Comfortable Setting#INDMP
