Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities
The Natural & Behavioral Sciences Department periodically seeks a qualified part-time instructor to teach chemistry courses. Primary responsibilities include the following: Teach assigned courses in accordance with the SRSUs approved course descriptions. Incorporate appropriate teaching-learning strategies technologies and assessment methods for evaluation of student learning into the course. Follow guidelines for preparing and submitting course syllabi. Meet all scheduled classes and adhere to the academic schedule which includes final exam times. Adhere to professional and ethical standards of conduct. Position is security sensitive. Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others; must exercise due caution and practice sate work habits at all times.
