Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Material Handling & Operations
- Perform all shift roles required at both Conway and Whitesville locations.
- Transfer materials from railcars to trucks using forklifts grapple trucks conveyors pumps and other equipment.
- Ensure proper alignment and secure connections between railcars and unloading systems.
- Operate mobile and fixed equipment safely and efficiently.
- Meet loading deadlines and adhere to shift schedules.
Equipment & Safety
- Conduct preâshift inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.
- Complete job safety analyses and report hazards incidents or equipment issues.
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA FRA and environmental safety standards.
- Coordinate with truck drivers rail crews and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate logs of materials handled equipment usage and maintenance activities.
- Use basic computer systems to enter data and generate reports.
