Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Training
- Lead the onboarding process for new sales team members
- Develop and deliver training programs to get reps up to speed quickly
Performance & Reporting
- Review and analyze team performance metrics on an ongoing basis
- Ensure accurate data entry reporting and CRM hygiene
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to surface actionable insights
Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement improvements
- Coordinate and manage sales content resources and documentation
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members to support individual and team-wide performance
- Serve as a key connector between leadership and the sales floor
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Natural communicator and collaborator a people person who also loves the numbers
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems; Salesforce strongly preferred
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
