• Experience performing work using your hands. Common areas are construction manufacturing painting or other personal hobbies.
• Facilities maintenance is a huge bonus but is not a requirement.
• Comprehending color and matching colors is essential to this job. You must be able to detect evaluate and reproduce colors.

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
