Engineering & Maintenance Manager

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Process engineering.
Project Management.
Product Transfers.
Preventive/Predictive Maintenance programs.
Lean Engineering.
Facilities Management.
Quality Problem-Solving Tools.
Assist in development and implementation of the companys strategic plan.
Determine the nature scope and viability of proposed projects and assist in deciding if they should be undertaken.
Manage and coordinate the resources of the engineering department and maintenance ensuring safety quality and productivity standards.
Lead the efforts of improving productivity using Lean Manufacturing 5s and process automation.
Standardization of the process documenting the best practices at the same time maintain these documents upgraded.
Lead and manage the launch of new products and/or processes from inception to production release.
Experience working with staff globally.
AR Requisition: CAPEX / OPEX Management.
