Role Summary
The Associate Instructional Designer will support the design development and deployment of highquality learning solutions aligned to Revantages leadership professional capability and functional training priorities. This role is ideal for an earlycareer instructional design professional who is passionate about adult learning digital learning experiences and continuous improvement.
Working closely with senior instructional designers learning partners and subjectmatter experts the Associate Instructional Designer will help transform business and leadership needs into engaging effective and scalable learning experiences for employees across India and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the analysis of learning needs and performance gaps in partnership with Leadership & Learning stakeholders.
- Design and develop instructorled virtual and digital learning assets using adult learning principles.
- Create learning materials such as presentations participant guides facilitator guides job aids microlearning and assessments.
- Apply instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE iterative/agile approaches) in content development.
Learning Delivery Support
- Assist with the buildout and logistics of virtual and inperson learning programs (India and global audiences).
- Support virtual session setup learner communication and postprogram followup activities.
- Partner with facilitators to ensure learning experiences run smoothly and meet quality standards.
Learning Technology & Tools
- Develop content using authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline/Rise PowerPoint LMS platforms).
- Upload and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support basic learning data tracking (completion feedback usage) and continuous improvement efforts.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate effectively with subjectmatter experts to translate complex information into learnerfriendly content.
- Incorporate feedback from learners facilitators and leaders to enhance learning experiences.
- Work as part of a global Leadership & Learning team demonstrating responsiveness and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Education Human Resources Learning & Development Organizational Psychology or related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in instructional design learning development or a related L&D role.
- Foundational knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working with MS PowerPoint and other standard business tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred
- Handson experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Adobe Captivate etc.).
- Exposure to LMS platforms and learning analytics.
- Experience supporting virtual learning or blended learning programs.
- Prior experience in a global matrixed organization or professional services environment.
