What You Will Get To Do:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Champion customer needs and discovery to ensure we deliver valuable outcomes.

Define and execute theproduct vision strategy and roadmapfor your product area ensuring alignment with business goals client needs and market opportunities.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understandcustomer pain points competitor offerings industry trends and regulatory requirementsin financial services.

Identifyopportunities to enhanceuser experience performance and feature capabilitiesto create market-leading solutions.

Product Development & Delivery

Lead theend-to-end product development lifecycleforthe products in your remit from discovery and ideation to launch optimisation and ongoing enhancements.

Collaborate withengineering UX/UI and data teamsto ensure the delivery of high-qualityproducts with a strong focus onusability security and performance.

Buildstrong business cases and prioritise the product backlog selectingappropriate prioritisationframeworks and managingtrade-offsacross new features technical improvements commercial opportunities and regulatory compliance.

Drive anagile and iterative approach using data-driven insights experimentation pilots MVPs and user feedback to refine and improve the user experience.

Independentlylead complex initiatives across your product area from discovery through to delivery and optimisation.

Ensure theproductsintegrateseamlessly andthat the rightAPIsare used supporting a connected digital ecosystem for our clients.

Engage withtheDelivery Leadsand Customer Relationship Managers to help them service our Digital clients.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely withstakeholders engineering teams designers and business leadersto align on product goals resolve conflicts constructively andmaintainmomentum in execution.

Engage with clientsand internal teams togather feedback andvalidateproduct decisions ensuring solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.

Partner withrelationship managersand customer success teams to driveadoption engagement and retentionforclients and their users.

Present strategy roadmap decisions and performance insights confidently to leadership using clear and evidence-based communication.

Analytics Performance & Compliance

Define and monitorKPIs and success metricsto track performance user engagement and feature adoption.

Work withdata and analytics teamsto derive insights and optimise the user experience through continuous improvements.

Ensure theproductsmeetcompliance security and accessibility standards collaborating with legal and risk teams where necessary.

Product Team development

Mentor and guide junior product managers sharing best practices and leading by example.

Support a collaborative and client-focused cultureacross the department.

Contribute to improving ways of working team effectiveness and product management standards.

Mayprovideday-to-day guidanceto a junior team member whererequired.

What You Will Bring:

Bachelors degreerequired.

5 years of product management experience in B2B B2B2C or enterprise software / SaaS environments.

Strongproduct management craft and experienceoperatingwith a high degree of ownership.

Proven experiencedelivering products preferably in regulated industries such asfinancial services fintech or investment platforms. Bonus points if this is across Asset Management businesses.

Strong understanding of productstrategy development delivery and testing processes.

Confident inidentifyingopportunities developingbusiness cases and managing prioritisationtrade-offs.

Sharpanalytical thinkingand ahands-on strategic approach.

Deep knowledge ofproduct management best practices includingdiscoveryuser experience release management incremental delivery testing and monitoring.

Experiencelaunching0-1products or capabilities as well as enhancing existing products.

Has worked in AI products with anAI first mentality.

Experience working withproduct analytics tools user research A/B testing and performance tracking to drive product decisions.

Ability to balanceuser needs commercial goals and technical feasibilityto prioritise effectively.

Experience working withAPI-driven platforms authentication flows and security best practices.

Experience mentoring junior product managersand improving ways of working across teams.

Excellentstakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely withengineering UX commercial and leadership teams.

Strong communicationskills at all levels. You areclear concise and able to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

Comfortable leading discussions withinternal teams and external clients ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.

Ability to work infast-paced agile environments adapting to changing priorities whilemaintaininga focus on long-term strategy.
