As a Senior Lead Architect at JPMorganChase within the Kinexys team you will design and implement innovative solutions collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products. This role is ideal for someone who prefers technical depth and direct contribution over traditional management responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Architect design and implement scalable solutions working directly with engineering teams and writing production-quality code as needed.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship guiding best practices in architecture design and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements compliance standards and security best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively addressing dependencies and integration points with other teams and platforms.
• Drive adoption of automation CI/CD and cloud-native technologies to improve delivery speed and reliability.
• Contribute to the evaluation integration and implementation of public blockchain technologies and protocols.

• Foster a culture of technical excellence innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5 years applied experience
• Strong experience designing and building technology solutions with a focus on hands-on architecture and implementation.
• Proficient in automation CI/CD and all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies application resiliency and security.
• Practical experience with cloud-native platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
• Demonstrated experience working with public blockchain technologies (e.g. Ethereum Solana Hyperledger etc.).

• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• Experience working at the code level (e.g. Java Python Go or similar languages).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
• Experience integrating blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems.
