Technology Asset Manager
The Technology Asset Manager plays a key role within Accordions End User Computing organization owning and leading the strategy governance and optimization of Accordions IT assets ensuring alignment with financial operational and security objectives across our hybrid workforce.
This role focuses on data integrity governance and process optimization ensuring that IT asset information is reliable actionable and aligned with Accordions operational and security standards. The Asset Manager serves as a key advisor to IT Finance and Security leadership leveraging asset data to inform budgeting vendor strategy risk management and enterprise decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills deep familiarity with ManageEngine Endpoint Central and ServiceDesk Plus and a passion for operational excellence.
This role will ideally be based in our Atlanta office or Chicago office (but can be open to any US office) and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week.

What Youll Do:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT hardware and software assets across their lifecycle procurement deployment maintenance and decommissioning
- Track asset movements assignments and disposals in alignment with Accordions policies and compliance standards
- Partner with Finance to reconcile purchasing data invoices and asset costs with financial systems
- Advise vendors and internal teams on warranty tracking lease management and equipment replacement planning
- Serve as the primary owner of asset data accuracy and governance within ServiceDesk Plus and Endpoint Central
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver clear insights into asset health compliance status and lifecycle milestones
- Collaborate with the Endpoint Specialist to provide accurate data regarding patch compliance device posture and deployment coverage
- Conduct regular audits to reconcile asset data across systems and physical inventories and provide recommendations to address any gaps raised
- Configure and maintain asset management modules within ServiceDesk Plus to support service request incident and change workflows
- Leverage Endpoint Central for asset discovery and reporting ensuring accurate linkage between device records and user accounts
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline asset tracking onboarding/offboarding and reporting workflows
- Document and enhance asset management processes to align with Accordions scaling IT operations
- Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements hardware warranties and data handling policies
- Partner with the Security and Endpoint teams to maintain visibility into device compliance patch posture and lifecycle risks
- Own internal and external audits by providing accurate complete asset data and documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless employee technology experience while maintaining cost control and governance
- Exercise independent judgment in developing policies selecting tools and determining asset management strategy
You Have:
- 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management or IT Operations preferably in a hybrid or distributed enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central and ServiceDesk Plus (administration reporting and integration)
- Strong understanding of ITIL ITSM and ITAM principles with necessary certifications
- Excellent data management and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel Power BI or similar tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage processes enforce data standards and drive continuous improvement
- Strong communication documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in a professional services or consulting firm preferred
- Knowledge of software licensing compliance and vendor management
- Data stewardship skills ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all asset information
- Process discipline skills driving consistency and compliance across lifecycle workflows
- Analytical thinking skills translating data into actionable insights for EUC leadership
- Collaboration skills working cross-functionally with IT Security and Finance
- Service orientation skills focusing on delivering a seamless and efficient employee experience

The annual salary for this role ranges from: $76500 to $110000 benefits compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to geographic location skill set years and depth of experience education certifications cost of labor and internal equity.
