Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY | The Work Study Assistant supports the Serviam Institute for International Security by contributing to research event support simulations and other operational activities that advance the Institutes mission. |
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES | Responsibilities may include support for simulation scenario design background research role materials testing live exercise execution lessons-learned analysis guest speaker coordination and other projects that advance the Institutes focus on policy innovation real-world security training and student development. |
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS | Applicants should have strong organizational and communication skills attention to detail and a demonstrated interest in international security foreign policy or related fields. Experience with simulations or wargaming is required and additional experience in research event support or writing is preferred. |
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS | Desired qualifications include familiarity with AI tools for game design simulations or wargaming. |
