Job Summary
Responsive Repairs
Were responsible for delivering responsive repairs right first time across Abri. We carry out the responsive repairs to our customers homes ranging from electrical carpentry and plumber repairs as well as plastering and decorations. We also carry out external repairs such as fencing and groundworks.
What youll do
Are you pro-active highly motivated professional and friendly Our team has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as our new Plasterer where youll be working across Bracknell and the surrounding area.
Were looking for a Plastererwith decorating experience where youll be responsible for carrying out different types of plastering including render communal internal and external decorations as well as external washing down of properties throughout the summer months. A diverse role you will be capable of completing scheduled works to a high standard and within the timescale and making sure that allworks are completed in the most cost-effective manner.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do so its very important your customer service skills are top notch and you communicate continuously with customers with the work you do- we want to always go above and beyond and amaze our customers with the services we provide.
Working as a great team player youll be carrying out work to Abris properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice and to high standards.
In this role youll be an ambassador for the organisation by using your can do attitude to provide a high-quality right first time service to our customers all while being the friendly face of Abri.
Driving license is essential as youll be travelling to different sites to carry out work.
