Junior Studio Stylist

OVERVIEW:

AtGymshark visuals matter andwerelooking for a Junior Studio Stylist to help bring our product to life.Youllplay a key role in creating engagingon-brandlooks across ecommerce and studio shoots. Working side by side with our Styling Team and the wider Creative Studioyoullsupport fast-paced shoot delivery from prep through to post.

In this roleyoullbuild strong brand knowledge and develop a deep understanding of studio ways of working while refining your technical styling skills. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone detail-driven style-obsessed and excited by the world of activewear.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

• Stylingonbrandlooks for ecommerce and studio shoots including flatlays and still life in line withourGymsharkstyling standards and guidelines

• Preparing weekly shoot railsalignedtoGTM direction managing steaming garmentcareand sample standards

• Presenting outfit builds and styling decisions to senior team members forsignoffahead of shoots

• Partnering with the Creative Studio team to support efficientpreproduction

• Collaborating on set with photographers producers and hair and makeup artists to support strong shoot delivery

• Support efficient model outfit changes on set and manage styling priorities to meet daily shoot targets and reduce reshoots

• Tracking styling updates through internal systems andmaintainingaccurateshoot rails

• Monitoring sample movement across shoots and coordinatingtimelyreturns

• Supporting sample intake inventoryorganisationand styling kit upkeep

• Following shoots throughpostproductionto ensure consistent ecommerce quality

• Researching trends to support evolving styling guidelines and category direction

WHAT YOULL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

• Experience styling on set within afastpacedecommerce studio environment

• Strong understanding of ecommerce styling best practices across stills and video

• Excellent eye for proportion colour and building cohesive commercial looks

• Genuine interest in activewear and athleisure trends and community culture

• Ability to deliverhighqualitywork under pressure and tight deadlines

• A self-starter with strong organisation andexcellenttimemanagementskills

• Confident communication style with openness to feedback

• Collaborative mindset with a positive proactive attitude

• Confidentusing studio systems and digital toolsto support workflow

• Flexibility to adapt to changing shoot prioritiesand meet demand

• Proactive approach with the confidence to take initiative andanticipatestudio needs
