Job Summary
About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team in Caerphilly on a 6month fixedterm contract. This role is integral to delivering a highquality efficient HR administration service across the full employee lifecycle supporting both employees and managers across the business.
You will serve as a first point of contact for HRrelated queries providing timely and accurate guidance resolving issues where possible and escalating appropriately when required. The role requires a strong attention to detail a commitment to confidentiality and a focus on maintaining accurate employee data while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited)
Provide efficient and accurate HR administration support across all stages of the employee lifecycle from recruitment through to exit
Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers responding to HR queries and providing guidance or escalation where required
Manage HR documentation confidentially and accurately within Workday ensuring data integrity at all times
Support the upkeep and continuous improvement of HR procedures processes and best practices
Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience
About you
Were looking for someone to be detailoriented and customerfocused HR professional who enjoys delivering a highquality administrative service. Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment you will be confident handling queries managing sensitive information with discretion and supporting managers and employees with professionalism. You will be well organised able to juggle multiple priorities and keen to contribute to continuous improvement within HR processes and ways of working.
Previous experience in an HR administration or HR shared services role is desirable
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Confident communicator with a customerfocused approach
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Comfortable working with HR systems (experience with Workday is an advantage but not essential)
Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
