Job Summary

Main Purpose of Job
POSITION DUTIES
- Directing managing and evaluating the daily operation of the 24/7 Residential Addiction Program which includes staff supervision and development census management marketing the program and facility management.
- Operating the program within budgetary parameters and guidelines to ensure all accreditation and licensing are acquired and maintained.
- Participating in Emergency Preparedness activities for the facility and the broader Health Department.
- Leading meetings with staff supervisors and specialized groups.
- Participating in continuous quality improvement and utilization review activities including data collection and analysis.
- Overseeing Prescriber Consultants.
- Preparing budget and grant requests as needed to maintain program operations; managing grants and submitting contract deliverables reporting.
- Developing fostering maintaining appropriate relationships with other agencies and individuals including but not limited to the criminal justice system hospitals and physicians employers social service agencies and other county health departments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Effectively managing multiple teams
- With licensure regulatory auditing and quality improvement systems in health care
- Effectively managing substance use disorder treatment
- Effectively managing a 24/7 residential facility
