Job Purpose
The Laborer is responsible for supporting construction projects efficiently and consistently while working with a team to achieve the common goal of safe timely and high-quality project completion.

Construction Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction labor on job sites.
- Load unload move and organize tools materials and equipment.
- Prepare work areas and keep job sites clean and safe.
- Assist with demolition framing mounting and material installation.
- Support skilled trades and project teams with daily tasks.
- Use hand tools and power tools as needed to complete assigned work.
- Help with measuring cutting drilling and basic assembly.
- Follow plans instructions and project scope to complete work to specifications.
- Perform basic general labor duties as assigned.
Knowledge and abilities
- Basic knowledge of construction methods tools and job site safety.
- Ability to read plans and follow the scope of work.
- Ability to recognize changes in the scope of work and communicate them appropriately.
- Need to be able to use a level wrench reciprocating saw portable hand saw hammer drill and other common construction tools.
- Construction Laborers work a standard work week but may be required to work evenings and weekends to meet project milestones.
- Ability to work in crouched kneeling or confined positions.
- Preferred certifications such as OSHA 10.
- Ability to lift 70 pounds.

Compensation
- $18 $23 per hour starting based on experience.
