This position is an on-site position where a successful candidate can sit in one of our Teledyne sites in the US.

What Youll Do:

• Manage and optimize global payroll operations across all regions ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance.
• Administer and enhance global payroll systems (ADP Ev6 ADP WFM) including data integrity upgrades testing and new functionality.
• Drive global payroll standardization automation governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with HR Finance IT incountry providers and vendors to resolve issues and ensure seamless payroll delivery.
• Produce and analyze global payroll data reporting and controls to support compliance audits and leadership decisionmaking.

What You Need:

• Bachelors degree (preferred) with at least 5 years of payroll or HRIS systems experience within a global or multinational environment.
• Experience in global payroll operations or multi-country payroll platforms (ADP EV6 and WFM are a plus).
• U.S. Person status as defined by U.S. export control laws
