Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Transportation Practice in either our Edison NJ Exton PA or Philadelphia PA reporting to the Practice Lead to support the delivery of projects with a particular focus on Roads Bridges and Tolls.
Your role
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Leads the project team in executing all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Independently develops and manages project scope schedule and budget.
- Develops and implements comprehensive Project Management Plans.
- Financial Management:
- Manages all financial aspects of the project.
- Approves subconsultant and vendor invoices.
- Proactively identifies and manages budget variances and communicates financial performance to senior management.
- Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the client.
- Leads contract negotiations.
- Represents the firm and client at public hearings and regulatory meetings.
- Team Leadership & Business Development:
- Leads and directs multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Mentors Project Managers and Associate PMs.
- Identifies new business opportunities and participates in proposals
About you
- Bachelors degree is required; Graduate degree is desirable.
- 10 years professional experience 5-8 years of direct project management experience.

Expected compensation range is between $175000 - $190000 annually depending on skills experience and geographical location.
