Join a dynamic and growing Personal Healthcare business (PH) supporting our Consumer Direct
(CD) e-commerce channel across Western this role you will play a key part in shaping
pricing and portfolio strategies enhancing promotional effectiveness and optimizing margins.
You will gain hands-on experience working at the intersection of pricing e-commerce strategy and
revenue growth management within a fast-paced consumer-focused environment. This internship
is ideal for someone passionate about combining commercial strategy with data-driven decision-
making to drive business success.
Your role:
Support in developing price positioning and communications towards the CD business team.
Monitor retail pricing across channels categories and competitors to provide actionable
insights.
Drive promo and pricing effectiveness analysis and optimizations.
Sharing best practices across markets to continuously improve pricing and portfolio
strategy.
Optimize price processes and tooling to gain efficiency.
Youre the right fit if:
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Economics Business or Finance.
You are experienced user of Microsoft Excel.
You are self-motivated highly organized attentive and pro-active.
Having an idea about e-commerce is pre.
Please note that in order to be considered for an internship you need to be registered as a student
during the entire internship period.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
Monthly full-time allowance between 500 - 700 gross depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
Housing compensation in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office 300- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam 255- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours. Travel compensation if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. 192- net. Paid holidays per internship term.
