Reporting to our Account Director/Client Partner you will lead client relationships working with wider teams on developing comprehensive creative/media strategies and ensuring successful execution of campaigns.
Build deep relationships with clients serving as the main point of contact and understand clients goals to create tailored solutions.
Work with wider teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve clients goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to improve strategies accordingly.
Provide guidance on best practices creative thought processes and campaign execution.
Oversee the successful implementation of social media campaigns ensuring they align with clients goals and achieve desired outcomes
Translate data insights into relevant recommendations for clients addressing important concerns and opportunities.
Collaborate with varied teams including creative content and analytics to provide integrated solutions.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in client-facing roles within the advertising creative or marketing industry
Previous experience managing a small team encouraging brainstorming and open discussions to foster a creative environment.
Youll have experience utilizing market insights to make strategic decisions and develop business strategies.
Strong client management and senior stakeholder confidence in B2B environments
Clear structured communication across complex social and B2B workstreams
Solid project and delivery discipline across multi-channel social campaigns
Deep understanding of social platforms (LinkedIn YouTube) and B2B content ecosystems
Ability to guide creative for both platform-native social and B2B brand consistency
Cross-functional leadership across strategy creative media and production
Strong commercial and B2B business awareness
Proactive problem-solving and risk management across fast-moving social outputs
Calm professional under pressure (clients shoots deadlines)
Strong sense of ownership and accountability across social and B2B delivery
