Job Summary
About the Role
You will be working across the Spaces and Places Team undertaking a range of cleaning and estate maintenance tasks to ensure that we maintain safe places for people to live and work. Duties include tasks such as: general cleaning window and gutter cleaning grounds maintenance Compliance testing and fly tipping removal.
About You
Were looking for someone with a high attention to detail to provide a clean and sanitized environment for our properties and offices.
You must have reliable time keeping and punctuality.
You must be willing to challenge those fly tipping and dumping in communal areas.
You must be willing to learn new skills and training.
Have basic IT knowledge and skills.
