Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Philadelphia PA for a Delivery Cyclist. The Delivery Cyclist will be responsible for transporting laundry orders via bicycle while ensuring on-time and efficient deliveries. They will engage with customers at delivery points to maintain positive interactions handle inquiries and verify orders accurately. Additionally they may assist with routine maintenance of bikes and ensure safe driving practices to uphold our commitment to sustainability.

Requisitos

Strong customer service skills to maintain professional and positive interactions with clients.
Ability to effectively work in a team-oriented environment and foster collaboration among teammates.
Physical endurance and confidence to manage cycling deliveries with a trailer safely and efficiently.
Basic knowledge and experience in maintaining bicycles is advantageous.
