This is the entry point into the insurance restoration industry. Its where you learn how to communicate how to handle real conversations with homeowners and how to build a skill that actually pays you long term. Were not looking for everyone. Were looking for a specific type of person someone who takes ownership moves with urgency and doesnt need to be pushed to perform.

There is a $5000 sign-on bonus if you can last 30 days and the position pays extremely well long term. That part gets a lot of attention but its earned. This is not something you coast through. You either show up with effort and consistency or you get exposed quickly.

This role is five days a week 8 to 9 hours per day. - Its simple but its not easy. - It demands confidence urgency discipline and consistency. If those arent already part of how you operate this will expose that quickly. If they are already a part or you think you can step up this is where you turn that into a real income and a real career.

You dont do this alone. Behind you is a fully built system operations marketing compliance and production. They are all handled. Your focus is execution: reading people asking the right questions and creating opportunities.
