Software Engineer - Back End/AWS - 7 yrs of Experience (PARTIAL TELEWORK) - TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required - BT Halogen Engineering Group is looking for a Software Engineer with web services experience. Location: Annapolis Junction MD/Hybrid Travel Required: No Shift: Day Remote Type: Hybrid (Up to 16 hours of telework dependent on tasking) Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI Polygraph: Required Salary Range The projected compensation range for this position is 160K-165K (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. |
Requirements
- Experience supporting development and execution of test procedures for software components
- Experience generating technical documentation
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
- Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience ensuring quality control of developed and modified software
- Experience with the following technologies:
- A Masters degree with five (5) years of software engineering experience
- OR a Bachelors degree with eight (8) years of software engineering experience in a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics Biomedical Chemical Civil Computer Electrical Environmental Mechanical Nuclear Software Systems and Engineering Management) or a related discipline (Chemistry Computer Science Information Systems Mathematics and Physics) from an accredited college or university
- OR a High School Diploma or GED with twelve (12) years of software engineering experience.
