Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and motivatedBilingual Collections Agentfluent in both Spanish and English to join our team in Lee County MS. This role focuses on contacting customers regarding overdue accounts negotiating payment arrangements and ensuring accurate documentation of all collection activities. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively across language barriers maintain professionalism and balance assertiveness with empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach:Contact customers in both Spanish and English to resolve pastdue accounts and negotiate payment plans.
Account Management:Monitor outstanding invoices follow up promptly and escalate accounts when necessary.
Relationship Building:Maintain positive and professional communication while adhering to company policies and legal guidelines.
Documentation:Record all calls emails payment commitments and account updates in the CRM system.
Issue Resolution:Investigate billing discrepancies disputes or questions that may delay payment.
Negotiation:Establish payment arrangements and settlement agreements in accordance with company standards.
Payment Processing:Assist customers with electronic payments and recurring payment setups.
Skip Tracing:Use skiptracing tools and databases to locate customers who are difficult to reach.
Performance Goals:Meet monthly collection targets to qualify for bonus incentives.

Qualifications
Bilingual:Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
Experience in collections customer service or call center environments preferred
Strong communication negotiation and problemsolving skills
Ability to remain calm professional and empathetic in challenging situations
Comfortable using CRM systems and computerbased tools
Reliable punctual and able to workevery other Saturday
High school diploma or equivalent required
