Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning execution and completion of projects across various teams and departments. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of project plans ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee all aspects of project operations including resource allocation scheduling risk management and project delivery.
- Supervise and guide multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and standards for project management.
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects stay within financial targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams clients and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution and communication.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for progress tracking reporting and audits.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements related to project management.

Experience
- Proven experience in project management across various sectors (e.g. healthcare technology construction).
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies tools and techniques.
- Ability to manage project budgets timelines and resources effectively.
- Strong knowledge of risk management and quality assurance principles.
- Experience with project management software platforms (e.g. Microsoft Project Asana Jira) is highly desirable.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) are preferred.
