Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Hiring a contract Athena IDX Front-End Trainer for a 6 month contract. This is a fully remote position
We are seeking experienced Athena IDX Back-End Trainers to support training initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role will focus on delivering end-user training for back-end revenue cycle functions ensuring users are confident in system workflows related to billing claims and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for back-end users on the Athena IDX platform
- Train staff on workflows including billing claims processing payment posting adjustments and accounts receivable follow-up
- Customize training materials to align with client workflows and system configurations
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to end users during and after training sessions
- Collaborate with project teams to understand system updates and training needs
- Assist in developing and updating training documentation job aids and user guides
- Support go-live activities including at-the-elbow support as needed
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness
- Ensure training aligns with revenue cycle best practices and operational goals
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Experience delivering training on Athena IDX (also known as GE Centricity Business / IDX)
- Strong knowledge of back-end revenue cycle workflows such as billing claims and accounts receivable
- Experience conducting instructor-led and/or virtual training sessions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and support end users with varying levels of technical proficiency
