A dedicated long-term care facility in Galloway NJ is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to our geriatric residents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment professional excellence and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of New Jersey
- Board Certification required
- Minimum 6 months of NP experience
- Previous nursing home or long-term care experience required
Responsibilities:
- Manage all primary carerelated consults
- Conduct comprehensive history and physical examinations
- Perform medication reviews and prescribe appropriate treatments
- Evaluate and manage acute issues developing individualized follow-up care plans
- Establish informed diagnoses based on medical expertise and patient history
