Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and customers to ensure smooth on-boarding and ongoing engagement.
Act as the primary contact for handling queries issues and feedback promptly and professionally.
Assist sellers with product listings pricing promotions and operational support on the platform.
Support the acquisition and onboarding of new sellers by explaining platform benefits and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller and customer concerns efficiently.
Monitor seller performance and satisfaction; recommend improvements where needed.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure retention and trust-based relationships.
Gather partner feedback to support platform improvements and business strategies.
Participate in sales campaigns and engagement activities to improve seller and customer involvement.
Prepare periodic reports on relationship activities satisfaction levels and issue resolutions.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.
Experience in e-commerce is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver excellent service.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
