Engineer North London
Location: North London (Colindale)
Pay: 24.05 per hour PAYE
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00
Contract: Temporary

An opportunity is available for Engineers to support maintenance operations within a high-compliance environment in North London. This role is suited to experienced all-round engineers with a background in building services and facilities maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across building systems
Respond to reactive maintenance issues and breakdowns
Work across electrical mechanical and general building systems as required
Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Support the wider engineering team to maintain site standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in a facilities maintenance or building services role
Multi-skilled background (electrical or mechanical bias preferred)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Experience working in regulated or critical environments advantageous
Reliable professional and able to work independently or as part of a team
Right to Work in the UK
