As Digital Content Manager you will set own and continuously evolve ACCs digital content and channel strategy ensuring content is used as a strategic lever to improve customer experience enable behaviour change and enhance ACCs reputation.
This is a senior leadership role where you will lead a multidisciplinary digital content team and provide strategic advice to senior leaders across the organisation. Youll shape how ACC plans governs creates and delivers content across key digital channels including our website social media email SMS video and other digital platforms.
Youll play a pivotal role in how customers interact with ACC ensuring people receive the right information at the right time through the right channels while supporting organisational priorities and ACCs longterm strategy.
This is a managerlevel leadership role within the External Engagement function. Applicants should demonstrate significant experience leading highperforming teams in complex digital or communications environments.

- Significant experience leading digital content digital marketing or engagement teams in a large or complex organisation
- Strong people leadership capability including developing senior specialists and building sustainable team capability
- Deep current understanding of digital channels (web social media email SMS video) and content strategy
- Experience delivering publicfacing content that supports measurable customer behavioural or organisational outcomes
- Knowledge of government digital standards including accessibility (WCAG) plain language privacy and usercentred design
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and work collaboratively across multiple functions
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to lead through ambiguity change and competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills sound judgement and a reputationconscious customercentred mindset

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $138301 and$178000 (depending on skills and experience) and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
