Potential salary range for this role is $25.00-$35.00/hour 10% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift. Actual pay will be determined based on experience qualifications geographic location and other job-related factors permitted by : New employees are eligible for the following benefits effective date of hire!Perfect Attendance Bonus valued at $800 annually (prorated based on start date)Medical dental and vision benefitsCompany-paid life insurance and disability benefits17 days of paid time off (pro-rated) and 10 paid HolidaysPosition Summary:The Swiss CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up operating and maintaining Swiss-style CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail technical expertise and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines according to job raw materials and verify tooling alignment and blueprints and engineering drawingsMake necessary program edits and adjustments to maintain in-process inspections using precision measuring parts meet dimensional and surface finish preventative machine maintenance as accurate production records and adhere to safety and quality closely with engineers and quality teams to resolve manufacturing Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years machine shop experience in all phases of machining including two years minimum of Swiss CNC experience REQUIREDAbility to read interpret and understand blueprints and experience working with small precision parts to close tolerances required. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.
