Enter The Street Chestnut Hill complex at 55 Boylston Street Chestnut Hill MA 02467.
Locate Davios Northern Italian Steakhouse situated on the upper level of the property.
Upon entering Davios check in with the event staff at the front of the restaurant.
Follow the posted signage directing you to the reserved event space for the MGB Cancer Institute Career Fair.

Parking:
Parking is available in The Street Chestnut Hills onsite garage.

Join us in shaping Oncology at Mass General Brighams Cancer Institute.

Exciting opportunity to be part of Mass General Brighams Cancer Institutes mission as an Advanced Practice Provider delivering care in our Hematology Oncology Service at our cancer center locations at Brigham and Womens Hospital and Mass General Hospital.

We are looking for Advanced Practice Providers (PA and NP) for Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute current openings include:
Inpatient
Ambulatory
Solid Tumor
Hematologic Malignancies
Palliative Care

Qualifications

An Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) is a licensed provider responsible for the assessment and management of various populations of patients medical and/or surgical including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions development of appropriate plans of care and ongoing evaluation.

Essential Functions

- Provides direct care counseling and teaching to a designated patient population in the inpatient setting.
- Performs complete histories and physical examinations.
- Orders interprets and evaluates appropriate laboratory and diagnostic tests.
- Develops appropriate plans of care and follow-up based on the outcomes of diagnostic laboratory and physical examination findings.
- Orders medications and writes prescriptions according to organizational and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Consistently provides high quality and timely documentation including admission and progress notes procedure notes and discharge summaries.
- Performs bedside procedures as are appropriate to the patient population.

Education
Masters Degree Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner required.

Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner State License - Required.

Experience
Experience as a licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner preferred.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Skilled in taking medical histories to assess medical condition and interpret findings.
- Ability to maintain quality control standards.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Ability to interpret adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to communicate clearly and establish/maintain effective working relationships with patients medical staff and the public.
