As a Security Driving Patrol Shopping Centerin Mission Viejo CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location where you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post offering the opportunity to support daily operations with agility reliability and integrity while working as part of a caring innovative team.

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures access-related policies and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents property concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and sharing details with property management and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings common areas parking areas and perimeter lines to help identify unusual activity maintenance issues and other security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances lobbies and other assigned areas to help control access observe daily activity and support a professional atmosphere for occupants and guests.
• Complete routine reports and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts regarding incidents patrol findings and follow-up needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
