- Duration: 13 or 26 Weeks
- Shift Options:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM (4x12)
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (4x12)
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced LVN/LPN to provide patient-centered care in a long-term care facility. This role is ideal for candidates comfortable working in a rural setting and managing a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in LTC setting
- Administer medications and monitor conditions
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Maintain accurate documentation (ECS system)
- Collaborate with healthcare team
- Float within scope as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Alaska LPN/LVN License (in hand)
- Minimum 1 year of LTC experience
- Previous travel experience required
- BLS Certification required
- First-time travelers not accepted
