TheOvernight Shift Supervisoris a core member of the Treatment Team. The mission of the Shift Supervisor is to ensure safety through adherence to all Policies and Procedures and to support clients in all aspects of daily life ensuring their needs are met. The Overnight Shift Supervisor is responsible for aligning with the Program Director in establishing and maintaining a positive staff culture at Embark. This position will be expected to develop their shift team to run their shift smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Achieve alignment with Program Director on initiatives and goals for the Residential Program.
- Integrate Embark at Greeley culture norms and sustainable systems and processes for the long-haul.
- Facilitates the team to find practical solutions to problems.
- Encourages our staff to provide consistency to our clients.
- Implement and facilitate State required trainings.
- Collaborate with various work groups.
Qualifications
- Age:21 years of age or older
- Education: Bachelors in human services psychology criminal justice or related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience working in Human Services required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in management. Minimum of 1 year working with adolescent populations is preferred.
- Skills:Quick decision-making skills and a growth mindset with a focus on Embarks core values.
- Certifications:CPR and First Aid certification preferred will provide training
- Background Checks:Must pass pre-employment drug screen and federal and state background check in concordance with Colorado state laws.
