Mental Health Case Manager Therapist
Job Summary

Provides case management/therapy for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission values and Mercy service standards.The team currently includes four therapists and PRN support. Therapists typically see an average of six clients per day in one-hour sessions with dedicated time built into the schedule for lunch documentation care plans insurance and court paperwork school coordination and family communication. Most services are provided on-site and in person; however flexible schedulingincluding limited hybrid or virtual work optionsis available. Overall this role offers a supportive structured environment with meaningful flexibility.

Qualifications:
Education: Masters degree required in Social Work
Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years Behavioral Health experience preferred.
Preferred Other: Co-worker must be able to communicate orally in writing and demonstrate proficient computer -worker must be able to listen and to understand and explain complex situations.
