Job Summary
Location : Bridgewater NJ
Infosys is hiring a specialized AI Recruiter to support the growth of our AI talent Machine Learning and Generative AI practices globally.
This role is designed for a recruiter whose primary focus is directly hiring AI talent partnering closely with senior engineering research and delivery leaders to build highimpact AI teams for Infosys and its global is a talent partner role with individual ownership of hiring outcomes not a generalist recruiting position.

Core Responsibilities:
1) AI Talent Hiring
Own endtoend hiring delivery for AIcentric roles including:
- Applied AI / GenAI Engineers
- Data Scientists / ML Engineers
- LLM Ops & AI Platform Engineers
- Red Teaming Engineers (AI Safety Engineers)
2) Talent Partnership
Partner with AI engineering and delivery leaders to define role requirements hiring priorities and workforce plans.
Provide market intelligence on AI talent availability location strategy and compensation trends.
Act as a trusted advisor through expertise and data balancing hiring speed with quality and longterm capability building.
3) Sourcing & Market Engagement
Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies for scarce AI skills across product companies startups research ecosystems and academia.
Assess candidate profiles beyond resumes including applied projects opensource work research and realworld impact.
Build sustained AI talent pipelines not just requisitionbased shortlists.
4) Assessment & Hiring Excellence
Partner with interview panels to ensure consistent highsignal AI assessments.
Guide hiring teams on evaluating applied versus researchoriented AI talent.
Deliver a highquality recruiterled candidate experience aligned with Infosys brand.
5) Offer Management & Delivery
Lead offer strategy negotiation and closing for critical AI hires.
Ensure alignment across global compensation delivery timelines and business priorities.
Track and improve hiring outcomes using data (timetohire acceptance rate quality indicators).
Experience & Expertise
5-6 years of recruiting experience including 23 years focused on AI / ML / advanced engineering talent
Proven success recruiting in competitive AI talent markets.
Strong working understanding of:
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning
- Generative AI / LLMs
- AI Platforms MLOps and deployment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
