What youll have
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy Finance or a related discipline.
Relevant years of experience is required in accounting (shared services and/or professional services environment is an advantage).
Basic knowledge of Singapore GST and statutory requirements; exposure to audit and tax processes is preferred.
Experience with month-end closing activities journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with ERPs/financial systems (e.g. Hyperion/FCC/EPM exposure is an advantage).
Strong attention to detail good follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work effectively with SSC and internal teams.
High integrity and commitment to internal controls compliance and governance.

As a Finance Administrator you will be responsible for responsible for Supporting month-end close including day-to-day GL activities journal entries preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations/schedules (including payroll burden) with SSC (e.g. BlackLine).
To succeed in this role you should have experience in month-end closing activities journal entries balance sheet reconciliations and 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience (shared services and/or professional services environment is an advantage).

What youll do
We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our team in Singapore.
The role responsibilities include:
Support month-end close including day-to-day GL activities and journal entries.
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations/schedules (including payroll burden) with SSC (e.g. BlackLine).
Support AP and staff expenses: verify invoices/claims resolve coding queries and clear aged items with SSC.
Maintain accounting records supporting documents and audit-ready schedules.
Support fixed assets including documentation checks and year-end movement schedules for audit/tax.
Assist with statutory and tax activities including quarterly GST submissions and ECI/tax computation support.
Provide inputs for management reporting cash flow budget/forecast; analyze key accounts and explain variances.
Coordinate internal/external audits and support controls governance and policy compliance (e.g. DOA revenue recognition).
Partner with Treasury/Operations and complete assigned finance system tasks (e.g. FCC/EPM HFM schedules).
Support ad-hoc reporting and government surveys.
