Key Account Manager, Industrial Customers DACH & BeNeLux
Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Manage sales of Coherents optics portfolio serving integrators and OEM customers in microelectronics and materials processing markets
Drive revenue growth across DACH and BeNeLux regions by achieving booking and revenue sales targets
Develop and expand relationships with new and existing customers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Manage and grow selected key accounts ensuring long-term customer success
Collaborate with global Technical Business Units to deliver best-in-class customer support
Partner with regional Sales Management to optimize sales strategies and contribute to product roadmaps
Lead promotional activities and customer engagements across the region
Negotiate complex supply agreements and commercial terms with customers
Ensure accuracy and robustness of all sales transactions
Provide real-time visibility of business performance forecasts and market trends to management
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or Physics ideally with a focus on photonics
Additional business education is considered an advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales of complex products preferably optics-related
Experience working in international and multicultural environments
Strong background in key account management and stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication skills in both English and German (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently with a structured and self-motivated approach
Strong team player with flexibility and adaptability
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
