Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Join Our Growing Team!

Were looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing dental team and help provide high-quality patient-centered care to the communities we serve.

Youll work closely with our dentists and support team to create a positive experience for every patient while helping improve access to care across our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient screenings including oral health assessments health history review oral cancer screenings head and neck inspections charting and vital signs
• Complete dental radiographs (x-rays) and assist with development and review
• Remove calculus and plaque from tooth surfaces through preventive hygiene care
• Apply sealants fluoride treatments and other preventive materials
• Administer nitrous oxide sedation and local anesthesia as permitted
• Document existing restorations and identify areas of concern for dentist evaluation
• Educate patients on oral hygiene brushing flossing nutrition and tobacco cessation
• Maintain infection control standards and sterilization procedures following universal precautions
• Assist with impressions for study casts and other clinical support as needed
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and support administrative workflow

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Kansas
• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures radiology and infection control standards
• Excellent communication and patient education skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current CPR certification
• Experience working in a community health or public health setting
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
