Overview

Weeks Drilling & Pump Co. is hiring a Service Dispatcherto coordinate daily operations support customers and keep our field technicians running efficiently.

This is a fast-paced high-volume role with long active workdays. Youll be making real-time decisions managing schedules and handling multiple priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and determine urgency
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority and location
• Communicate updates between customers and field staff
• Create work orders jobs and estimates
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and service questions
• Create estimates (pumps and water treatment services)
• Coordinate well testing with customers agents and labs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems
• Dispatching or service coordination experience preferred
• Experience with SAGE 100 Contractor is a plus

Schedule & Work Environment

• MondayFriday 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Long busy days with a steady workload
• Fast-paced high-volume office environment
• Frequent phone and computer use
• Occasional after-hours on-call rotation (for experienced team members)
