Position Overview

Were looking for a hands-on results-driven 2nd Shift Production Manager to lead operations on the production this role youll oversee shift performance ensure safety and quality standards and drive efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a key leadership position where your ability to develop teams solve problems and maintain high standards will directly impact daily operations and long-term success.

What Youll Do

• Lead and supervise all 2nd shift production operations
• Drive safety quality and productivity across departments
• Coach and develop supervisors and production team members
• Monitor workflow and adjust labor/resources to meet production goals
• Conduct floor walks to address issues and reinforce standards
• Ensure compliance with OSHA GMPs and food safety regulations
• Partner with HR on staffing scheduling and performance management
• Track KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Support hiring onboarding and training initiatives
• Foster a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement

What Were Looking For

• Several years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production
• Strong ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of safety quality and production processes
• Experience with coaching employee development and performance management
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Food manufacturing or refrigerated environment experience preferred
