Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join a leading acute care hospital in Anchorage Alaska. This role offers the opportunity to work in a Magnet-designated Level II Trauma facility known for high-quality patient care and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage patient care plans
- Perform utilization review and discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
- Active Alaska RN License (Required for submission)
- Minimum 1 year of RN Case Management experience
- Acute care experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- BLS Certification required
Preferred Qualifications
- ACM Certification
