Must be very strong in Ortho all neuro(spine and head) General Trauma with the ability to do or be able to do cases independently in the other services such as Uro Gyn GYN-Onc ENTrobotics etc. They would need to be strong enough to step in as a Charge as needed and being the only nurse in house with call for back up.
