Your Mission:Serveastheoperationalpillarfor theHead ofBD and Global CommercialAlliance Managementandteam.

You willensure total fluidity in their professional daily life with a specific focus on complex agenda management congresslogistics andtheorganizationofhigh-stakes client meetings.

We requireavailabilityfor a minimum of4hours every working day with flexibility to structure those hours in the mornings or afternoons.

YourResponsibilities

• Agendamastery:proactively manage internal and external appointments including last minutes adjustmentsto support prioritization.

• High-levellogistics:take full ownership of travel arrangements (flights hotels complex itineraries) and end-to-end coordination for major national and international congresses.

• Partnerinterface:coordinatelogisticsand scheduling for all individual client and commercial partner meetings/events.

• Communicationsupport:create format edit high-quality professional documents and PowerPoint presentations in both English and French.

• Budget follow-up:support in trackingand ensure alignment with the annual budget on a quarterly basisusing a financial ERP.

Yourprofile

• Education &languages:Bachelorsdegree CFC orequivalentwithexcellentwrittenandverbal communicationskillsinbothEnglish and French.
• Experience:Minimum of 5 years ofrelevant andtransferableexperience in an internationaland fast-paced environment
• Technicalexpertise:Tech-savvyin Microsoft Office 365 applications (Teams SharePointPowerPoint).
• Softskills:
